Since 1996, Mr. Clayton has been qualified as a real estate expert and has testified at trial or deposition on numerous occasions. The cases have involved eminent domain, properties with environmental conditions, construction defects, divorce, title defects, professional malpractice, partnership dissolution, trespass, tort claims, among others.
